Päiväosaston kolmas päivä takana. Minulla on ollut aika ahdistava ja kummallinen olo koko päivän. Väsymystä, päänsärkyä, pyörrytystä, näönhämärtymistä, ajatusten ja kuvien vilistäminen mielessä... En oikein osaa sanoa mistä kaikki tämä johtuu. Minun on niin h*mmetin vaikea pyytää keskusteluapua tai muuta vastaavaa (jopa osastolla)! En saa purettua pahaa oloani tai ahdistustani mihinkään, ja siitä johtuen purankin sen lopulta itseeni. Viiltely sekä ahmiminen ja oksentaminen ovat minun ahdistuksen hallintakeinojani, minun pakokeinoni. Ne eivät kyllä kanna kovin pitkälle. Ennemmin tai myöhemmin kaiken on loputtava.
